The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to allow digital mobile operators to incorporate Special Purpose Vehicles to offer mobile money services. A joint technical committee has been set up by both organizations to work out the modalities.
