ALP advised Sepco Pacific Energy Partners Limited with respect to its bid for one of the Federal Government/ NIPP owned power plants located in the south west part of Nigeria. Our scope of work included reviewing and advising the client on the power project agreements draft power project agreements. Such draft agreements included but were not limited to Sale and Purchase Agreement, Gas Sale and Aggregation Agreement, Gas Transportation Agreement, Grid Connection Agreement, Power Purchase Agreement, and Ancillary Services Agreement.
