Equatorial Guinea’s Minister of Mines and Hydrocarbons recently revealed that respective oil blocks have been awarded to Nigerian Energy Group Taleveras and ExxonMobil with the latter having already signed its Production Sharing Contract with the Government of Equatorial Guinea.
