Nigerias Guaranty Trust Bank and a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell have granted a $270 million loan facility to Amni International, an independent oil and gas producer in Nigeria. The terms of the loan gives Shell Western Supply and Trading sole, access to the 16,000 barrels per day (bpd) of the oil that the company pumps from two of its fields offshore Nigerias oil-rich Delta region.
