Further to the ongoing construction activities presently being undertaken by the Dangote Oil Refining Company (the Company), an order has been placed to GTA Power Mech Nigeria (the Nigerian JV of Power Mech Projects Limited; an Indian engineering and construction company) for the provision of the composite work tender unit-V to the Company for the sum of USD$76 million.
