Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) is seeking an amendment to the Local Content Act 2010 (the ‘Act) to cover other sectors of Nigerias economy, particularly; power, construction and information and communications technology (ICT). The aim of the proposed amendment is to boost local capacity and promote the use of local materials and services in these sectors.
