H Oil Petroleum Products Limited (H Oil) is a subsidiary of an international oil trading company interested in participating in the downstream sector of the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry. ALP has been appointed as retained counsel to H Oil and is currently advising H Oil on its proposal to supply petroleum on a swap basis to the downstream sector in Nigeria.
