NCC RECEIVED 18,711 SUBSCRIBER COMPLAINTS IN Q3 2017

The Nigerian Telecoms Consumer Complaints Report for Q3 released by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) revealed a 21.7% increase in consumer complaints to 18,711 from 15,377 in Q2. Over-billing complaints was the highest at 51%, followed by Value Added Services issues at 13.7 % and SMS issues at 9%.
