In light of power generation challenges in Nigeria as well as the numerous requests for coal sites by many business operators in the power sector, the Federal Government through the Ministry of Mines and Steel Development has declared its readiness to make coal sites available to interested power generating companies operating in the country. The Federal Government aims to use coal to emphatically aid and improve the status of power generation in the country.
