The Nigerian Gas Flare Commercialization Programme (NGFCP) initiated by the Federal Government of Nigeria though the Department of Petroleum Resources is now at its second stage. A Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued for applicants who were qualified at the Statement of Qualification (SOQ) stage.
