The Nigerian Conglomorate, Dangote has executed a seven-year term USD$650 million loan facility with African Export-Import Bank (Afrexim bank) for its oil refinery project in Nigeria. The oil refinery project which will cost about USD$10 billion dollars is expected to be completed by December 2019.
