A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has ified the constitution of the interim board for 9mobile (formerly Etisalat Nigeria) on the basis that there were misrepresentations of facts at the time the order permitting the composition of the interim of the board was granted. The action contesting the courts initial order was instituted by a party claiming to hold 17.5% of the shares of the company. United Capital Trustees, representing the lending banks, has however indicated its intention to appeal the order.
