The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has revealed that about 10 million mobile subscribers have activated the do-not-disturb code on their mobile lines to stop the receipt of unsolicited calls and text messages on their phones. The NCC had initiated the Do-Not-Disturb Code due to several complaints on the receipt of unsolicited calls and texts from operators by subscribers.
