Advocaat was engaged by SENLRML Limited, a special purpose vehicle formed by two oil and gas companies, interested in investing in Thor Exploration Limited, an international oil & gas exploration company to review and advice it on a subscription agreement with respect to its proposed investment of $3,000,000 in exchange for 2,941,176 units of shares in Thor Exploration Limited.
