PricewaterhouseCoopers which was commissioned by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to conduct a study on Cost-Based Interconnect Rates in Nigeria and other jurisdictions has concluded the study. Stakeholders expect that a new interconnect rate for telecommunication operators that would be based on the study will soon be implemented by the NCC.
