KfW IPEX-Bank, the German development bank, has signed a framework financing agreement worth $300 million with Africa Finance Corporation (AFC).
The facility will provide long-term financing of European equipment and services exported Europe to Africa for building infrastructure projects that AFC will develop.
The agreement is signed in view of satisfying Africas needs for infrastructure development and of supporting German and other European exporters.
European export credit agencies will cover projects included in this agreement.
