The Nigerian House of Representatives has passed a resolution to investigate the low patronage of the Nigerian Communications Satelite Ltd (Nigcomsat) by both private and public institutions in Nigeria after the expenditure of about =N=85 billion on five (5) satellites by the Nigerian Government.
