A court of Appeal in Lagos is set to resume proceeding in respect of the ongoing dispute between Brittania-U, an indigenous marginal field operator and Chevron USA Inc. (Chevron) over the alleged secret Sale of Chevron’s interest in Oil Mining Licenses (OMLs) 52, 53 and 55 to Seplat Petroleum Development Company Limited (Seplat) in spite of Brittania-U being the highest bidder for the assets.
