ALP recently acted on behalf of the borrower Cummins Power Generation (Nigeria) Limited, an indigenous Independent Power Producer, on the N2,500,000,000.00 (Two Billion, Five Hundred Million) loan Facility provided by Chapel Hill Denham Management Limited for the development, construction and management of power plants in various parts of Nigeria.
