Advocaat was recently engaged by Noreast Petroleum Nigeria Limited to advise it onthe validity of the Deed of Settlement entered into between it and Total E & P Nigeria Deepwater D Limited as well as advise onthe requirement of Ministers consent for the assignment of 40% participatory interest in OPL 215.
