Delta Upstream Limited is an oil & gas servicing company providing offshore oil drilling services to International Oil Companies (IOCs). Advocaat is currently reviewing and advising the client on the terms of its proposed offshore drilling services contract to be entered into with an IOC offshore Nigeria. The scope of services being provided to the client include the review and negotiation of terms of the drilling contract between the client and the IOC as well as the rig hire agreement between the client and its technical partners.
