He was Group Head, Legal Services/Human Resources for an Information Communications Technology Company where he had responsibility for Corporate Legal advisory, Company Secretarial and HR matters at Group level. He has worked as in-house counsel at various levels within the telecommunications sector in Nigeria for over a decade and possesses in-depth corporate experience acquired from supporting and leading direct and cross functional teams in Dispute Resolution, Property Acquisition, Ethics & Compliance, Government Relations, Financing Transactions and Contract Drafting and Negotiations for major and complex transactions and working on various business transformation projects. He was also the lead legal resource for the acquisition of a telecommunications licence and deployment of telecoms infrastructure in the Middle East on behalf of multinational telecommunications network operator.
