Grace is the team lead of the corporate commercial practice group of Advocaat. An experienced lawyer and a specialist in commercial and corporate law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, Grace has extensive experience in advising clients on various transactions; she has been involved in a wide range of complex transactions, including rights issue for a publicly listed entity, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, capital markets transactions, and regulatory advisory services in the course of which she has worked with international and domestic investors.

Grace is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, a certified Board and corporate governance evaluator and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law. She has advised leading companies including public interest entities on corporate governance matters. She has successfully facilitated Board inductions and breakfast sessions on corporate governance and Board trainings.
