• Adekemi Sijuwade


    Adekemi Sijuwade is a partner and heads the Dispute Resolution group and the immigration and labour practice at Advocaat Law Practice. Adekemi is a member of both the Nigerian and British Bar Association. She is a member of Lincoln’s Inn and prior to joining Advocaat Law Practice practiced with the Law firm of Strachan Partners and thereafter as a legal counsellor with the Immigration Advisory Service, United Kingdom, where she acquired extensive training and experience in immigration law, frequently representing clients before the immigration adjudicators in the United Kingdom. Upon joining Advocaat in 2008, she spearheaded the creation of the immigration & labour practice and has since expanded the scope of the practice. She has been identified by Who’s Who Legal as being one of Nigeria’s leading immigration lawyers.
