Seven Energy International Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Seven Energy Finance Limited and Accugas Limited have announced that all conditions precedent to the long term Gas Sales Agreement for the supply of gas by Accugas Limited to the Calabar Nigerian Integrated Power Project (NIPP) have been satisfied.
