The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has stated that the Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) bill which will deal with the issues of frequent fibre cuts, infrastructure theft and vandalization, network congestion, community access denial amongst other sectorial issues will be passed soon by the National Assembly.
